Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes are designed to engage your curiosity, excite new pathways and turn your ideas about healing and fitness upside down. Learning to ‘work smarter, not harder’ is key. Join us. Explore the fundamentals of movement efficiency through gentle lessons that improve balance, breathing and coordination.
Classes are suitable for first-time students. You may join a series-in-progress as a drop-in student at any time.
